- Travelling from Limerick N20 you will enter Cork via Blackpool, follow signs for the North Ring road until you see signs for South Ring Road West and the N71 via the Jack Lynch Tunnel. Journey time is approx 2hours 40mintues. Distance 166km or 103miles.
- Travelling from Killarney N71 follow signs for N71 and Glengarrif, Bantry, Skibbereen and Rosscarbery. Journey time is approx 1hour 50mintues. Distance 128km or 80miles.
Travelling by Air
Cork airport is the nearest airport and is approx. 50 minutes drive from Rosscarbery. On exiting the airport follow signs for South Ring Road West N71. Travelling by Sea
This is ideal for those who wish to use their own car; there is a choice of 3 ports of arrival. The closest port of arrival is Ringaskiddy which is just outside Cork City. Next Rosslare which is located in the south-east corner of Ireland is suitable for those who prefer a shorter sea journey. From here Fishguard in Wales is just 90 minutes away by Sea Lynx. Finally Dun Laoghaire just outside Dublin links with Holyhead in North Wales for visitors coming from the Midlands and Northern England.
